The project consisted of the full excavation and construction of a full footprint basement and refurbishment of the entire property whilst incorporating a new lightwell within the extent of the site.
Major demolition works were also carried out to the remainder of the residential property, whilst retaining the front façade. The ground floor was completely rebuilt on a slightly larger footprint, with associated services and internal works also being carried out. The property was then completed with a bespoke designer fit-out.
