Works have progressed at our Holland Park townhouse for our private client on Portland Road.
The raised ground floor steel frame has now been installed, enabling the completion of structural timber and floor plates for upper levels whilst allowing our specialist sub-contractors to complete all works to the basement levels including all structural works and underpinning.
We have now begun to install the bespoke spiral staircase spanning 4 floors of this 6 floor townhouse and are in the process of preparation works for tanking to the lightwell and retaining the front wall and bay window.
