Works are continuing onsite at our private client project in Holland Park.
The site is located within the Norland Conservation Area, which is predominantly mid-Victorian in character. The property is located within a coherent terrace of four-storey stucco fronted houses, which collectively contribute to the elegant appearance of the conservation area.
The initial scope of works consisted of internal and external alterations to the existing terraced building with a full refurbishment and high-end designer fit-out throughout this family home. Basement works include the implementation of a single storey extension below the existing house and under 50% of the front lightwell, forecourt and rear garden, to create new subterranean accommodation.
Currently, structural works to each of the floors have now been completed, along with the instalment of the striking spiral staircase spanning the full height of this 6-storey townhouse.
All basement shell structural elements have been completed and tanking now commenced.
Mechanical and electrical first fix, including sanitaryware items, has also been completed on 4 floors of the property and traditional line plaster is now due to commence with upper floor plastering to begin in late April.
Piperhill Construction continue to pride itself in being qualified and experienced to undertake all aspects of work; from basement construction, refurbishment and luxury interior fit out, through to fully integrated services and first class designer finishes. Whether working within design and build or traditional contracts, our unfailing aim is to satisfy all of our clients and their consultants requirements and to produce the highest quality finished project.
