Works are continuing onsite at our extensive refurbishment project at The Berkeley Hotel.
Relocation and refurbishment to a number of back of house facilities such as the pastry kitchen, laundry room, connecting corridors and staff restaurants have now been completed with resin flooring spanning throughout the hotel’s footprint on basement level.
Additional basement works included tanking and structural works to fuse the old and new hotel including pinning and propping. A brand-new power supply has also been installed.
Works are also continuing to all different room typologies spanning from 1st floor level through to the 8th floor penthouse with 1st and 2nd fix now complete.
