Continuing our portfolio of leisure developments, Piperhill has commenced works at Kilkeel Leisure Centre.
This comprehensive scheme entails a full refurbishment of the facility, incorporating extensive pool enhancements, upgrades to the changing village, and a complete redesign of the pool viewing and recreation area to accommodate a bespoke in-house day care and crèche, complemented by a secure outdoor play space.
Significant refurbishment and modernisation of the building services are also being undertaken, encompassing mechanical, electrical, and heating infrastructure to support the upgraded amenities.
Externally, the works include the installation of a new PPC aluminium-framed curtain walling system, construction of a new entrance, application of coloured cladding panels to the principal façade in alignment with Council branding, and alterations to existing paved areas to facilitate the new extensions.
