Sean McErlean
Managing Director
Sean is a founding member of Piperhill Construction and holds the position of Managing Director. He has gained a wealth of skills throughout his career and experience across all areas of the business spectrum. Sean’s drive and ambition is fundamental in the Company’s success throughout the Industry today.
With his knowledge and expertise, Sean leads the overall company whilst safeguarding it’s reputable name, guaranteeing consistency throughout the workforce, ensuring goals are met and most of all, clients are happy.
Eddie Osborne
Estimating Director
Eddie has over 30 years’ experience within the Industry. He has a vast range of experience in construction, working on construction projects pre and post contract. Eddie now specialises in estimating and leads the estimating team.
Working in partnership with the other company Directors, Eddie is very much involved in value engineering initiatives. This is a key function that assists the company in securing contracts and offers our clients value for money in the process.
Kevin Osborne
Financial Director
Kevin qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 1998. He has worked throughout the UK, Ireland and as far afield as Knysna in South Africa. He was appointed to the Board as Finance Director in 2008.
Kevin is responsible for all aspects of the finance function, including quantity surveying, accounting and financial planning.
Understanding the importance of cash flow in the construction industry, Kevin drives a company policy of ensuring prompt payment to our supply chain.
Nigel Glenn
Operations Director
Nigel was appointed as a director in 2023, bringing with him over 30 years construction industry experience, having delivered projects throughout the UK, Ireland and Sri Lanka.
Nigel’s role consists of the smooth running of daily operations across the business, ensuring compliance and administration of all contracts as well as managing client interaction, support and negotiations.
Nigel’s ultimate goal is to ensure a high-quality service, which is consistently delivered in line with Company policy and Client expectations.

We offer bespoke interior design and luxury fit out packages to suit the needs of all Client requirements.
