We are pleased to announce our submission has been shortlisted for The London Construction Awards 2024.
Along with our longstanding client ReCreation, we submitted our project Rainham Leisure Centre to the Commercial project of the year category.
The 2,026sqm centre was built on a brown field sit in 3 acres of recreational parkland and made up of a 25M 6-lane swimming pool, 75 station fitness gym, changing rooms, spin studio, group exercise studio, café/breakout area, administration and reception accommodation.
The outdoor recreation ground was made up of seating area, children’s play area, outside gym equipment and hard and soft landscaping and car park.
This Design & Build project value was in excess of £8M and delivered via a 65-week construction programme.
Piperhill and ReCreation look forward to attending the awards in September and to hopefully clinching 1st place and claiming the award of best commercial project of the year!
