Piperhill are delighted to unveil our newly completed project in Chelsea, Cheval Phoenix House.
Situated in Wilbraham Place, just north of London’s Sloane Square, this scheme consisted of a full refurbishment and fit out to all 6 floors of 3 amalgamated period buildings; comprising 34 serviced apartments, the entrance level foyer, 2 lift shafts, basement level boh facilities and all public areas within the building.
Particular attention was given to the designer finishes throughout the residence to keep with Cheval’s brand standards. All whilst a fully operational restaurant remained live throughout the duration of the works.
