Having carried out various maintenance work to the rooms, public areas, FOH and BOH facilities over the course of 4 years, we were then tasked with the complete refurbishment of the Hotel’s staff changing rooms and bathroom facilities on basement level.
Works consisted of the strip out of existing areas then the fit-out of two staff locker areas for male and female changing rooms, each fitted with loos, showers and various vanity rooms.
