Pre-lockdown, we had provided a full demolition throughout, along with temporary propping and façade retention before beginning to lower the existing basement with the addition of a 2nd basement level below.
Now back on site since early June, we have so far stripped back all internal walls, party walls and the roof, then formed the steel frame within the front façade and party walls and are now rebuilding the back wall and installing the new roof.
We have subsequently formed all internal floors and continued the 2-stage underpinning process to for the 2nd basement level.
