Phoenix House is comprised of two 7-storey townhouses with two basement levels. The lower basement is plant space, and the upper basement houses the substation, staff and BOH areas, and a restaurant. Ground to sixth floor contains 34 serviced apartments of varying sizes and layouts.

Our works included the replacement of all MEPH services, the fit out of all 34 apartments and all communal areas including finishes, internal doors and specialist lighting. Additional works included the refurbishment and reconfiguration of the BOH facilities on basement level and the replacement of 2 new lifts within the building.
