Further adding to our growing portfolio of commercial projects in prime central London, Piperhill completed a large office refurbishment throughout 2 floors of 27 Knightsbridge, London.

The project consisted of a complete strip out, re-configuration and fit-out to office space on the 4th floor and 6th floor of the property for over 100 staff; including boardrooms, meeting rooms, breakout areas and corridors, with the remaining floors occupied throughout the works.

In addition, we also converted the basement of the property into changing facilities and staff locker rooms.

We have adapted our current working practices to provide a simplified process by eliminating common problems associated with the traditional build contract.
