Works have included the complete refurbishment of their company offices in Elephant and Castle; including a new mezzanine to the existing buildings first floor, the refurbishment of the boardroom and artists repertoire rooms, breakout rooms, meeting rooms and ‘pods’, a gym studio, bar and the office open plan kitchen/dining area for their employees.  The VIP nightclub was also completely reconfigured together with bespoke high performance acoustic walling and bespoke furniture fit-out.

We were then tasked with various refurbishment works to The Ministry – their 50,000sqft warehouse converted into a co-working space and combined private members club on Borough Road. The space includes a number of bars, outdoor networking areas, a restaurant and offices throughout the buildings 6 floors.

We have adapted our current working practices to provide a simplified process by eliminating common problems associated with the traditional build contract. We have a team of highly qualified professionals at hand to provide a streamlined approach to develop design into reality, on time and on budget.
