Rainham Leisure Centre

Piperhill have constructed a brand new leisure centre in Havering.

Built on a brown field site which was once Rainham Recreation Ground in Viking Way, the centre includes state of the art facilities such as a 72-station fitness suite, a pool, dance and spin studio; and has been handed over to Everyone Active, a Sports and Leisure Management company which runs leisure centres across the UK.

From the initial architectural design process through to planning and construction, Piperhill continue to exceed client expectations on projects. We understand the need for on-time completion and phased hand-overs, just as we recognise the challenges associated with Design and Build.
