The Connaught Grill, once one of London’s most celebrated restaurants, has returned to The Connaught, giving a respectful nod to its distinguished heritage. Design of the restaurant is led by interior architect John Heah with a strong focus on art and craftsmanship complete with extraordinary signature wall panels, tables and chairs made by Mira Nakashima bespoke for the space.
Located on the ground floor of the hotel, the intimate 46-seat Connaught Grill is under the direction of internationally renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Piperhill undertook a full strip out, refurbishment and fit-out of this 46 seat intimate restaurant within the heart of Mayfair.
