Piperhill proudly delivered the refurbishment of the Queen’s University Belfast Elms BT2 accommodation, transforming the ground and first floor communal areas into modern, vibrant spaces.
The project included the creation of a new reception area, enhanced QUB office facilities, and the introduction of contemporary coffee docks alongside modern student breakout areas.
Piperhill is scheduled to deliver the second phase of the project in Summer 2026, comprising of the refurbishment of Elms BT1
